The same TTQ boiler range fires cashew shell, wood chips or pellets — 300 to 4,000 kg of steam per hour. What changes between the three is the fuel handling and the burn characteristics, not the boiler you order. Efficiency of controlled combustion ranges between 90–95%, which is what lets a plant meet its own steam demand from its own shell. Controlled combustion is also what keeps maintenance and cleaning intervals long: incomplete burn deposits tar and unburned CNSL residue on heat-exchange surfaces, and those deposits both insulate the tubes and shorten the run between cleandowns.
